In 2019, as Hardware-as-a-Service emerged as a novel concept at Google, I played a pivotal role in defining its UX vision. Collaborating closely with directors and PMs, I developed foundational principles and a workable framework for the program. This included creating detailed user flows and high-fidelity mockups for the Pixel+Fi concept, which secured buy-in from VP-level stakeholders. Additionally, I facilitated cross-functional alignment by clearly communicating the offer, scope, and user flow to partners and stakeholders, effectively shaping the program’s direction from its inception.
